Should I just push this preflop?

I´d check here also, as played I´d only bet less on flop - 150.

IMO, When SS like that Under 13BB i tend to shove with alot of hands in limping spots for ex: Squeeze plays and such. With that limp i cant imagine him doing it with a monster so i would shove here because if he had any hand that could dominate you i believe he would of raised into you. So My decision is shove and take the hundred.

This exactly.

As played I bet 125 on the flop. Turn/River looks good.
