I would most likely bet areound half pot on the flop. Especially against a passive player you need to bet more if you want him to fold some hands. As played I would make a thin value bet of maximum half pot, but in this case he would most likely fold.

This SB calls OOP are very weird.
The thing is that mostly passive players do this and they dont like to fold.
That said, I think this could go check/check all the way and you still have showdown value with A high.
As played, you can value bet that river, specially against a station.
