Usually BU is fishy player for open limping from BU imo. WIth such deep stacks I dont see much point in it. Unless there is some maniac behind perhaps. So I would expect pretty wide capped range. Still 2x is unlikely but there is definitely good amount of Kx. Perhaps some small to medium pockets, some Ax and lot of mediocre stuff.

QQ I would tend to check on flop as its pretty tough to get more than one street value on K22r and hand need no protection. Also if your plan is to cbet whole range we should cbet smaller. Also smaller because its really dry flop. Once he raises its obviously not great spot. Hard for him to have semibluffs and QQ probably is best blocker versus those. I think its fine to call flop but would likely give up river as we have Kx in our range and as said its not spot that many will start bluffing. Still call flop could be reasonable as it might be sort of one stab play from villain decently often.
