Can't verify my address

Hello! I tried to withdraw my funds from pokerstars to neteller but got my funds frozen. It's the first time I'm using Neteller and there's so much troubles going on, I've never seen so much security measures which looks more like obstacles. First of all I had to send my photo with documents near my face (which is embarrassing as it is) 3 (THREE) times, in the end I just took three photos with my passport, international passport and driver license until they have finally verified it, it was when I thought the problem is finally solved, a few days later I notice that they still checking my address when they didn't even asked me for any documents, I sent a letter to their support when I found out that none of the documents they want from me are possible to get for me, my passport registration is at another address, and all the bank documents on my name go there while I set my actual address when I was signing up. So when I tried to explain it to the support they just kept sending me the same letter with request of list of documents which I've just explained to them I'm not able to get, I tried to verify my address with android app but it was unable to check my location over GPS (and the app kept crashing), I tried to verify my location through browser as I've read it helped some people but neteller website doesn't even try to ask me my location, I set it in settings so that my browser (actually two browsers - I even downloaded firefox solely for this purpose) would share location but it didn't do anything.
