My history's starting from 2012.
6-7 years ago, when I was an uninformed and stupid18yo teenager, without making attention on seriousness of the PokerStars, just after learning poker game rules, with my friend, we decided to move the deposit 20$ bonus to my account, breaking 2 points of PS rules.
After an hour my account was blocked.
After 2 years, I wanted to play on PS, so I wrote to their support, but they repeated the same text, that I have no permission to play on PS anymore. I tried to write them again after a year , but it was the same.
So, again , after years, I decided to play on PS as a new player, like new person. In point of my datas in PS, I had a new passport, new internet connection with a new laptop, new main, and finally new bank card, so I became a new user, and I was playing during a year, once I got frozen my account, but after a verification with my passport and with an evidence of my living location, it was ok with my new account, and I continued to enjoy poker on PS.
But recently I got frozen my new account, I wrote them, and they wrote me that I can't play on PS, and can't open new accounts, and wrote me my old nickname also, and good luck on other rooms.
I understand it was a very stupid act in 2012, but I can't change my mistake, it is done already, but I want to play on PS, don't block a player for a lifetime for such a small and stupid mistake, for year, for 5 years, but not for a lifetime. With my new account, I was a very respectful almost regular player. And I could continue.
So, anyone, help me, maybe you know how to talk with them, or what you think, do I have a chance to be unblocked, now, or anytime?
