Nh.
You are pretty deep and you block the bluffs but CO can't represent a stronger hand than your TPTK.
He doesn't have 6x, neither 22 after the 3bet/call pre. So his line is weird. Besides, he 3bets to 5bb after a 3bb open, so he's a fish/recreational probably.
You have a hand to put your stack in OTF already, but I guess calling is probably better because you maintain the worse hands he may have, like QJs, QQ, JJ, worse Kx.
Playing this has a bluffcatch after the flop raise is ok, specially when you are 300bb deep, but I can't figure out what CO is trying to represent indeed, so I'd be really tempted to raise OTT or even OTR.

I would just 4bet bigger preflop cause you are out of position, around 20bb.

He's playing 300bb efective. One more reason not to 4bet so big. Besides, his 4bet is already bigger than 3x, which is already a quite large size in most cases.

I think OTF you could look to just look to 3b with the intentions of getting it all in, as played still a very nice hand just flatting which will keep all his bluffs in and ofc hands that your dominating
