hi,

do you raise the river for value? I just called because if he shoves I am beat whereas there are lots of worse hands he can call with.

Seems well played. You could consider to bet the turn again, but with 2 pair on a wet board a call is enough. I don't expect you get action of to many weaker hands if you would raise.

Play up to river is fine but just calling once there is plain horrible. You got strong two pair in limped pot with just single minbet action until river...

I would happily raise and probably also call 3ber tbh. Better hands are simply very unlikely the way hand was played.
