3bet to 6.5-7k and fold to 4bet would be good option. Calling AQo in worst position is pretty nasty also because we will often end up then in multiway pot. Hand play pretty badly in multiway.

That way you can use hand blockers into advantage for fold equity and have playable hand in likely HU pot if you get action. Or if he 4bets its usually strong enough range that AQo can be folded.
