I'm from russian PS 
Have a problem with downloading PS main page 
look:
I use Opera, but have the same in last Mozilla, IE and Netscape. Forum downloads well. My connection speed is about 2 Mbit\sec, but i use USB modem, this one
Maybe i need to tune something? 
Nobody can help me at PS.ru 
Hope there is somebody to help me here, cuz i want to see main page, read latest news, and watch livecoaching
