Without position, I'm always between cbetting or check/calling on this board. I decided to cbet because BB was too loose, so my hand could be ahead of his range and I didn't want to give free cards for both players, on this flop.
Turn: (21 BB, 2 players) 7♥
BB checks, Hero checks

After my cbet OTF (I thought I had cbetted bigger), with a gutshot plus the outs to a set that could give a str8 or a flush to villain, and taking into account villain possible tendencies (of calling too much), I decided to not continue to bluff (?) here. My hand still had some SD value against small pocket pairs and overcards.
Maybe, against a villain capable of folding, I'd cbet/fold OTT.
River: (21 BB, 2 players) A♥
BB bets 20 BB, fold

Horrible river.
I don't beat anything apart from a complete buff.
Villain had an agression factor of 1, so I decided to fold.
