Well, I'm pretty sure this has been asked and answered many times, before, but:
I have never played live. Only online (micro limits). Do you have any tips or suggestions on when to start, how to start, until which limit to play online before moving, which adaptations would be necessary, how softer or stronger would the field be, in general, ...?
BTW, I am mostly considering NL cash. I don't have either patience or skill to play tournaments.
