I guess I have to call river because it bricks and he should raise Ax pre?

if he's a tight player a raise pre-flop would be a decent option.
As played a fold on his big bet on river isn't to bad. There aren't to many hands you can beat and he can easy have 2 pair in his range as well or you have reads he bluffs often like this.
