Your TPTK makes thing interesting. That flop connects very well with SB range, so I wouldn't expect to have Fold Equity. And you don't really want to play for stacks, as his raise range has you in a bad shape.

On the other hand seeing turn doesn't often improve your hand, but I would still check it to pot control. Calling most turns, unless he goes really big and turn is clubs or Q,J,T.

played around in PPT:
- Our HvR Equity vs $FI30!AA is 55%
- vs somewhat loose broke range of villain like pair+BBcc or better only 25%
=> bet to broke no option

villain will flop:
- at least 40% equity in 59%
- a flush draw 28%
- min 46% equity vs AdKdAsTc in 43%
=> cbet to collect dead money close

so normally I would cbet like you because of the top pair blocker and a club I expect to see many folds but as I had a look in PPT I guess check back is the better way to go. interesting, is it because there a re many wraps+fds out there?

Equity shouId imo onIy be a secondary factor in deciding postfIop bet or check. I see the top-pair and :club:-bIocker as factors that advocaate the check-back. It reduces the IikeIihood that viIIain hoIds a fIushdraw which outdraws us when we give the freecard by checkin, and the bIocked top-pair reduces the IikeIihood, his singIe top-pair might catch a 2pair. So yes, with the made-hand vaIue check seems to be better.

by showing up the times villain has high equity i just wanted to say that cbetting in order to collect the pot at flop wont work often because villain has enough equity to play back several times.
