Fold preflop. A9o is so weak.
As played I would fold OTT just because I can't assign ranges to this players. It's just not worth it.

You want to be folding A9o utg be looking to open raise this Co+ you will end up finding you are nearly always behind to a better A in these situations, as played you are going to have to call flop lead however turn is questionable I think you are lucky in the end to even chop this pot..

Limping from UTG is bad. As stated above, you mostly can open A9o profitably only from CO+.

Limp in any position it's not a good ideia, sometimes, with a very speculative hand, when we have anothers players limping, we can limp in BTN ou SB.
