Ok. Let's say that you have AKo, you 3bet before the flop, OTF you hit nothing, but just because you are UTG and your opponent has a high CB, do you do a Donk bet to intimidate the opponent to leave the pot or you mostly do a check/call? How do you proceed in these situations.

Situation you mention is called cbet possibility. Donk bet is when you are not preflop aggressor and bet against preflop aggressor before its his turn. So e.g. BU open raise, BB call and BB will bet on flop being out of position.
Defining which of these situation you want to talk about is probably best first.
