Ok biggest issue is simply being way too tight from late positions. Bit over 20% from BU is extremely tight. Personally with deeper stacks and no reads on villains my range from BU would be around 50% of hands. But way wider range will also bring tougher decisions postflop so I would not get that wild. But if we look about 25% top range I would form it like 22+, A2s+, K8s+, Q8s+, J8s+, T9s, A6o+, KTo+, QTo+. Now what I would ask is for you to consider if all of those are standard opens for you? To start widen I would make it around 22+, A2s+, K2s+, Q6s+, J7s+, T8s+, 97s+, 87s, A2o+, K9o+, QTo+, JTo which would make 35% range. Kind of same for earlier positions that you can widen them as well.
From CO something like 22+, A2s+, K7s+, Q8s+, J9s+, T9s, 98s, A8o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo, 25% would make sense. Bit tighter than that is fine. From mid positions perhaps some 66+, A7s+, K9s+, Q9s+, JTs, T9s, ATo+, KTo+, QJo, 17% and early positions should be again tighter.
But I think you get some idea on how to construct those ranges from these examples. Heavy focus on late positions as those are best money making seats in poker. Free software like PS equilab allows to think about those ranges.
SB play seems pretty tight as well. Not sure how much open limping you are doing though. For SB calling open raises is often bit problematic but seems like that "cc 2bet pf" does not include those but from SB common way is to be folding or 3betting decent amount of time. There is space to widen blind defending but I dont think that is big issue at this point.
For cbetting part it seems to not be too wide at least. But when to cbet, sizings, etc. are obviously not visible from stats. Best way to focus on those is to post hands into analyze area or look for coaching. Or perhaps try to find some study group that can review your hand histories for free. I do coaching but it has price tag.
Being tight in 3betting is fine as player pool probably dont like fold button that much? But that is also something you can analyze with PT4 player pool report. Fold to 3bet seems high especially when you open raise so tight in first place.
But yeah I would focus on widening ranges especially from late positions and posting lot of hands for others to view. Also attend Moshman coachings (and ask if something is unclear) here and you can also contact him to perhaps get your own games reviewed. I think he is doing those for free?
