fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, CO calls 3 BB, fold, fold, fold

Flop: (7.4 BB, 2 players) Q♦ 3♥ 7♥
Hero bets 4.6 BB, CO raises to 14.8 BB, fold
Thoughts and question:

Spoiler

would you have cbet here?
What should be my bottom range here, OOP, against that villain?
Should I only cbet semi-bluffs OOP?

Spoiler

CO wins 15.8 BB

I can't find any reason to bet flop with this exact hand.
I would cbet overpairs (AA,KK), sets (QQ,77,33), AK, AQ, AJ/AT/KQ/KJ/KT with blockers (hearts or diamonds), maybe some weak suited aces in the same situation.
I would also bet hands like 97s, 76s, 65s, 54s, even 22.
Check would be something like JJ-88, 66-44, T9s, 98s, J9s, JTs, QTs, KTs.

As played, mainly call with flushdraws and made hands, like mid pairs, overpairs, top pair. QQ/77 probably 3bet, 33 mostly call I would say.
When you cbet here, villain should raise mostly made hands(for instance 77, and hands like 87s for protection, which I doubt he does).

Check is fine but if you check here KJ you have to check 22 and 44. Only hope flush draw and you hand hold it.

I think, more often than not, it's profitable to make a continuation bet with such flop unless villain has it, he is loose let alone loose and aggressive, or you have poor fold equity. I don't think the flop was too wet.
