Why fold pre or 3bet could help? I mean i wanted to play this hand and i would not fold, but why 3bet preflop?

Ask yourself why you do want to play this hand than. Why it should be folded? Because it's a bad hand vs UTGs range, because it will rarely hit really strong flop, because even when you hit TP, you are often behind, or even drawing dead, or if you are ahead yiu wont win much. Why 3-bet can help? You can win the pot pre, will be hard for UTG to continue if he does not hava a monster. or you can win with a sngle CB OTF. Of course it depends on the villain, on the rest of the field, on the table dynamics. However I wont 3-bet at 2NL, because you will often get one or more cold callers.
