Turn: Raise it here, you have to start to build up the pot.
River: Bet for value.

You can stat out by 3-betting pf, which makes pot bigger pf and since you have position and you hit your set, you likely get pair by any overpair or top pair.
Flop, turn are fine, if you raise there at any point, players would likely put you on set and fold their Qx or overpair hands.
And can´t really put him on 55.
I think you can also bet smt like 12$ on the river, if he decides to c/c then he´d likely call also 4$ bigger bet.
