(FR) AA - top set in monotone board

Pre-flop is fine for sure. Shoving would be to much.
Flop is a decent board. Only the 3 are tricky, but I don't think I can fold top set in a 3bet pot with already so much chips in the middle against a fish.

I think i'm not fold here top set, because fish can play here Khx, Qhx or lower flush draw sometimes and AJ, JJ, A6, 66, lot of hand have what you beat here. You can not folded top set, most of time you should not fold JJ too if you was pre flop do 3bet.

I like the preflop open-raise size (more than 3BB + 1BB per limper; going all would have been overkill). In regard to the continuation bet committing you to the pot, I believe so considering that you'd have 7 outs on the turn and 10 on the river to beat a flush and that I'd include only one flush combination in villains range (KQ of hearts) (I would have been wrong, obviously).

Or should I shove right away vs 2 unknowns and that tag with passive tendencies?

A shove will be very bad play IMO and will miss a lot of value.

In a 3bet pot, if I cbet 1/2 pot here, am I commited to the pot with a top set?

You have pure 35% vs any flush, and you need just 24%, you should call even if he shows you the flush. Yeah the difference is huge, you should not even think about folding, the call here is automatic and you should learn those situations.

How much should I cbet here? Any A-T heart is going to continue (I guess) and any made flush will probably shove...

A heart is on the board, so he cannot have it. K and Q of hearts either are suited, so he alreday has the flush, or is unlukely that he has them, if he has a FD that's probably a low card. Your bet is fine.
