I'd usually only 4bet here (without shoving) but because I know CO was kind of sticky and I didn't want to play a 4bet pot OOP against to villain (in case the squeezer overcalled), I decided to shove.
Was this bad with that stack size?

I'm more fan of a 4bet to like 30bb, but in the end it makes not to much different. On this flop you should shove anyway when he had around 60bb behind if he would call pre-flop.

I agree with the fact that we miss value by 4betting so big.

That's absolutely normal. Relax.
You can ask any professional or very experienced player and they will tell you there are still tons of spots they are not sure how to approach. Poker remains unsolved and I dare to say it is the most complex game there is. Possibilities are endless.
They say it "takes 5 minutes to learn and a lifetime to master". And that's why we all like it.
