Villain was a good multitabling regular. Should I be more careful with paired board or was this just bad luck? I really didn't see many hands that have me beat, but I did think there are many that could pay me off.

Considering the player I'd C/C river. 88 and 99 are definately in his range as are KQ. I'd definately fold river to his reraise.

check behind flop / raise turn already looks suspicious to me after him being pf raiser. I would c/c river too

Preflop: I am folding the hand preflop.

As played
Flop: Likely betting out.
Turn: Bet/Call.
River: Check/Call against such player.

Although his stats indicate that he's not a habitual stealer, I'm still not folding JTs preflop... I'd call from BB most of the time and 3bet sometimes.

bet/calling turn is fine and I like river lead out because he will call AQ (maybe even 88/99 because of King on the river) and will raise any other hand that has you crushed. so bet/fold river imo because it will only cost you $4 to find out that you're crushed whereas check/calling will probably cost at least a dollar more.

I think if you choose to take bet/call line on the turn, you should also c/c river.
Although there is no mistake to bet/3B turn and get there all-i against Qx hand.
