Hand from Ignition 5NL, folded QQ on this river after trying to go for thin value. Should this be a x/call, x/fold or bet/fold?
Villain showed a bluff which seemed strange but dont think I can every justify a river call, seems like a flush 99% of the time

Not sure why you would check the flop. This seems like a decent spot to get value and protect your hand. As played I would just check the river and give up. He will only bet with a flush on the river and I don't see any value in betting.

With a board like that... i dont think there is anyway for you to call river even if his stats shows that he will pay almost any hand.....

You bet OTR because you want to be called with what?, or because you want him to fold a better hand and which one? For me betting makes absolutely no sense.

Don't get discouraged, x OTF is completely fine. You can (and probably should) x range there. As played you can xr or xc OTF, I believe both are viable options (if villain went with a bigger sizing, I would lean towards xc more), as he makes it 1/3 only we can deny some eq and gain more value by xr. Anyway, OTR you still have some SDV vs 8x which will xb and you will beat them. By betting yourself you turn your hand into a bluff (your value range should be like straights+). Why turn showdown value hand into a bluff? Makes no sense, that way you would be overbluffing most of the time. Vs raise easiest fold of the time. Just play your game, don't level yourself into these plays. You have other hands to bluff there, like AK no club...
