Okay so this is a strange one.
Every Saturday evening, at my local casino (£1/£1 blind structure cash NLHE) , a regular high stakes roulette player dumps all of his winnings, usually several thousand onto the full ring cash poker table. With a £300 maximum buy in, he shoves 300 big blinds pre flop every hand for the hell of it, for an hour or two. Obviously this is the ideal player to be up against , but I wanted to ask what your strategy would be , or calling range would be, 9 handed
Obviously position changes each week but it would be nice to capitalise on a player willing to dump thousands of pounds because he is bored . Looking for any thoughts

Well I have here set villain shoving 300BB from UTG in 9 handed table. Every player has 300BB which might not be realistic assumption though:

So from BB closing action we could call 49.6%, 22+ Kx+ Q2s+ Q5o+ J5s+ J8o+ T7s+ T9o 98s. Now question is how deep our own pockets are and how much of variance we are willing to hug. E.g. calling Q5o would have +2BB expectation but its up to you how thin calls you want to take. From earlier positions we need to take into account players left to act so have to tighten accordingly. Of course its tough to evaluate what people are willing to overcall with. E.g. they know maniac is shoving any2 and if they assume you are willing to call any +EV hand then...
E.g. from SB we would be calling 39.8%, 33+ Ax K2s+ K5o+ Q5s+ Q8o+ J7s+ J9o+ T8s+ with assumption that BB overcall 22.8%, 44+ A2s+ A7o+ K8s+ KTo+ Q9s+ QTo+ J9s+ T9s though most likely 99% of time BB is not going to be calling that wide 
On earlier position there is also possibility of multiple overcallers after you which is not accounted in calculations.
PS: One thing also not accounted is rake so it would tighten ranges. Not sure how much though.
That's a funky strategy of him and changed the dynamic a lot of the table.
Not sure I would like to play a variance heavy game against a player like him, but it would be profitable for sure on the long run for you. Maybe it's good to know how much the raks is in a game like this.

i played in one of those tables today 
obviously, you want to flip a lot, but the biggest threat is the possibility of overcallers when you are not closing the action. take ghaleon's ranges and get a feeling for people's overcalling range to adjust.
