If you plan to bet the flop - you cant fold it to a check raise. What hands do you continue here otherwise? Only pocket 9s ? Mb 7s if you call them preflop ? If we discount AK which you should 4bet pre, KJ is the second strongest besides KQ in your top pair holdings. If you fold this on the flop you are folding way too much and i can check raise every board printing money from you.

if you are afraid of getting check/raised on this board, please do not call KJo to a 3bet preflop and muck it directly (I personally never call this and sometimes even fold KJs to 3bets. I mix this with flatting AK and QQ instead of 4betting them).

I would call down here and expect to lose a fair amount of stacks against badly played pocket Aces, AK/KQ and pocket 9s. Will expect to to sometimes win vs AQ/QT/JT/KT. Make a note on villian

You have a decent sample on him. I expect he has a 3bet% of 7% and that's not to crazy i think. Especially out of position I expect he could have a tight range and I would most likely fold right away.

As played I don't really see a reason to protect your hand on the flop on a dry board like this. I would check/behind and call most turns and rivers and based on the sample you have on him I expect you have some reads on him.

It is ok to call 3bets from the blinds with KJo, but always take into account who is 3betting. With 2.4k hands a 25/18 is at least not a big fish.
You don't fear any card besides an A, so I would check behind OTF.
I would prefer to protect hands like J9s, 87s, 76s, A7s, A9s than top pairs. That's why I think check here as some merits.
KJo is close to the top of your range (KQo, K9s, 97s, 99, 77 are the top). You don't have AK too often. As it is the top of your range it will hardly be incorrect to probe, but bet much smaller. When facing a check/raise you have to call for the reasons mentioned.
BTN should check/raise some 9x, 7x for protection too.
