First of all, post your thought process and give us some info about the players please.
I would just flat OTF. That board is very good for BB. You have a flushdraw and an overcard, which is more than enough equity to call whatever the hell his donkbet means.
Raise OTF, check/call OTT and lead the river is a pretty strong line overall.
You'll show up with some overpairs imo. But when river is 3 way it is difficult to bluff this through.

Stats are already decent information, but against 2 loose passive villains I don't think a bluff will ever work. I would try to keep the pot small post-flop and I would just call the flop and fold the turn against a decent bet with only a draw. If you want to raise the flop you should raise at least 10bb in total. As played the turn is a fold as well with 9 outs for a flush. River is a check/fold for sure and if you think a bluff could work you need to shove. if you had a made hand you wouldn't bet that small ether.
