You could check behind the flop, but if you Cbet like now you could try to represent a flush with a 2nd barrel on the turn. As played I would give up the river as well.

Dont you think that it could be better to barrel turn with hands witch have one spade and think about third barrel OTR because of blocker effect?

if you thunk about this hand gto wise I have lots of hands that would bet turn. I want to semi bluff some my spade draws so I think if I bluff this one too I am overbluffing this spot.

Flop is fine either way but this will be just one stab hand if cbetting. You have so many better hands that has more equity to bet turn. Flop cbet can also be smaller as SB should never have hands to connect into 45 portion of flop.
