Villain: 27% 3bet vs EP

SB: $10.22 (102.2 bb)
BB: $10 (100 bb)
Hero (UTG+2): $19.27 (192.7 bb)
MP1: $16.14 (161.4 bb)
MP2: $9.08 (90.8 bb)
MP3: $1.63 (16.3 bb)
CO: $10 (100 bb)
BTN: $14.49 (144.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with K♠: A♠:
CO posts BB OOP, Hero raises to $0.40, 4 folds, BTN raises to $1.30, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.90

Flop: ($2.85) 2♠: K♥: Q♥: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.70, Hero calls $1.70

Turn: ($6.25) Q♦: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $2.10, Hero calls $2.10

River: ($10.45) 5♥: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $3.30, Hero calls $3.30

I don't see any alternatives to the actions played in the hand (27% 3bet vs EP!!) although his play really smells like ... (no, I don't mean teen spirit, rather the "usual" ...). Does anyone of you guys fold anywhere in the hand?

I like it.
Folding against those sizes would not be correct for sure.

I agree. If villain really 3- bets 27% vs. EP open we should punish them by 4-betting more often. I don't think I could find a fold as played. Is villain a maniac in general, or just has an unusually high 3-bet%?

Sample size could be a issiue here. We don't know how much hands he has on villain. On a decent sample of 500+ hands I would 4bet AKs for sure and Cbet with top pair top kicker. As played your line is fine against a aggressive villain to keep his range as wide as possible.

1st of all those 27% are most likely not accurate, because of the unknown most likely very small simple! Besides they are some agro fishes Preflop, that turn to be very passive post, because of there wide ranges, so if we assume, that he will be polarized, your play is ok for me to the river, when I don't see at all without info how we can have enough EQ to call, because he polarized himself to FD and Qx;)+
By the way PRF for 145bb ES I would't turn AK Suited! into a bluff, because we cannot continue with even 0 EV unless we have some proven fish maniac who can shove some very wide range!
