He likely has an ace, but not 2 pair, most likely AK, could be AJ too. Your FD has about 22% + few more for trips so likely 25%, you need 30% + rake so 32-33%, you don't have it so fold is the right move. And you have players behind that might reshove.

I would most likely raise 3x from UTG. Especially if you deal with calling stations you should raise more I think to build a nice pot. As played calling a 3bet out of position is tricky. Espcially against a short stack when the impied odds are bad.

Flop is a donk lead a decent option multi way for thin value and protection, but check/raising isn't not a bad idea against a short stack 3better, but didn't work out this time.

On turn I would fold against the shove. You are always behind and you have only 9 clean outs for a flush that helps you win the hand on the river and is folding fine.

I suggest that you present hand histories in terms of Big Blinds instead of dollars. Thus, players of different stakes can more easily evaluate the hand. I would definitely ¾ or pot bet the Flop with Top Pair-Strong Kicker. There are two Hearts. A Villain may be on a flush draw. Also, there are other possible draws. I will not give Villains a free card on the Flop. Make them pay for their draw. It may be a shove Turn. But, it is less than a ¾ pot bet. Also, it is only 24 BB. There is no way that I am folding a Nut Flush draw which only cost me 24 BB. Hopefully, other players call. Thus, if you hit the River, you can consider Check/Raise trap. Or a modest bet to encourage a Villain call with his hand which is inferior to your Nuts. This hand potential is too big to fold. It is a gamble. Semi demonstrated that it is an improper Pot Odds call. Considering implied odds, it may be worth it. Also, it is so much fun to call this one.
