hi,

he is on the passive side and I thought that his line is so weak with these stack sizes that I bluff raised the river. I think ideally I want to have a diamond because than its less likely that he has a rivered flush.

Just limp-fold preflop as this hand has poor playability and its easily dominated. Postflop seems fine.

Sometimes if you deal with someone that's folding a lot on steals you could min raise as well, but most of the time I would just limp and fold against a raise against a passive villain.
