Is it better to bet or check flushdraw + 2over in multiway? Why?

Seems well played. It's not bad to semi bluff the flop. It's likely the limper will fold a lot if he missed the flop and if he called you have still the turn and river to hit the flush or top pair.

I like a bet on the flop much more than a check. You isolate yourself against only hands that are better than yours that will happily pay you off if you hit the flush. It's perfect.

Allways bet flushdraw, especially with 2overs
multiway - looks like overpair after limp
u can take it on flop if vs set u still have a chance
u r never dead!!
