Why do you use 2.5x preflop?
If the turn was, for example, A or K - I would shove, but on the 6s I think that I cant expect to see him folding often. Which means I would personally check because of shallow stack.

Limp preflop. As played I would shove turn. Hand is pretty strong to be check-folded and we have lot of strong hands in our range so make lot of sense to mix in fairly strong semibluff. Jx is not folding but lot of weaker hands are in tough spot if villain is not calling machine.

Only problem is with shoving turn I think is that you most likely deal with a player that doesn't know anything about ranges.
