preflop : fine to call , behind here most of the time. Nit does not steal blinds only 20% of time. with my blockers its more likely of him having ace jack.
flop : villian bets 10 into 18 , i have around 25 % pot odds here and i have a flush draw and 2 overcards. So i call , depending on turn i fold.

turn: i hit my queen , he bets again. I figure i might be ahead now and i still have my outs. So i can call again
river : jack , villian goes all in
villians line either he has trips of jacks , QQ//AA if he goes all in here. But the overbet does not make sense , so i call figuring his bluffing.

Pre-flop is a marginal defend after the 3bet of the BTN with in mind the CO can 4bet sometimes.
On flop you could think of a chec/raise as semi bluff, but the rest seems alright. River call is marginal against a TAG, because you beat only a bluff here.
