I think 66 is fairly strong here to be folding. One thing to consider in these spots is if direct 3bet shove is capping villain range? Meaning does he do this with big pockets also.

If BB shove 12.4%, 33+ A8s+ A9o+ KJs+ 66 would still show +0.41bb profit.
Only if his PFR is extreme low on a decent sample I would consider folding, but against a fish I would call almost always without specific reads on him.

Not sure why you would do that for 25bb effective. It's +ev for sure, but the variance will be huge if you get a call.
Maybe I don't understand sth. If this play is + ev as you wrote where is a connection with variance? I play $3 spins and often see as opponent call Ax - sometimes medium sometimes big Aces. I have two charts which indicate that open jam is correct play on the btn.
The reason for that play is: if I make a MR and two opponets make a call I can fall into difficult situation if board will be sth like T8x or other with two cards higher than 6. 
Well main issue for shoving 25bb from BU in general is that you are sort of face up with your likely range. Which is often small pocket pairs. You can balance that with other hands (which will then weaken minraise range) but basically having shoving range for 25bb with no antes is just questionable strategy. If both villains call and flop is T8x you will have fairly simple decisions. Mainly just folding to bets or check behind.
Indeed. When you are facing 2 over cards or more you can easy give up post-flop. That's not that difficult I think.
after some time... I have got other question:
Do you have any hands which you open shove from BU having 20-25 bb?
20bb those small pockets are fine to shove but 25bb and no antes I would likely not shove anything.
PS: Difference between 20bb or 25bb might not feel much but point is it's not sensible to shove 20bb to win 1.5bb with that many hands. So it's already on sort of borderline and adding few more bb will make it even less preferable.
