well its less likely that he has an ace because I assume that he shoves it pre. I tent to call turn but It would feel bad and I can see why you fold there.

His line is weird with his pot size bet on flop and his half pot bet on turn, but in the end you have only a bluff catcher and I doubt he will bluff like this and is folding fine for sure with in mind you need to call a all-inn most of the time on the river.
