i think with stat, he have a range like this AJ, AQ, AK, TT+ i decide don't make a cbet because not much hand fold

I wouldn't expect he would call hands like QQ+ and AK here. I expect he would 4bet those hands. I think it's for you a lot easier to represent a over pair than he, and I wouldn't mind the Cbet. As played you can't do much else than folding.

On J+ high boards you have range advantage, so it is ok to cbet frequently.
You could play this as a check/call with the A♥: or the K♥: (both it is better to cbet).
This is a spot where you probably have enough equity with two overs and a backdoor, but being OOP makes it so difficult to play, even as the aggressor.
