Hello. I have purchased silver status but my status has not been changed, so I tried to buy it again but didn't get it also. I have made totally two payments of 9$. I did contact pokerstrategy support but got no response and also reported this two payments to ebay but after a week it still not been resolved. Can anyone please change my status to silver and refund 9$ to my paypal please.

Sorry for the late reply, but I don't see any tickets by your side to our customer service yet.
Also as far as I can see - all your status purchases have been canceled, but I don't get full access to check your case.
