4betting range depending of effective stack

So have been now quite often with 300bb+ stack on tables and this has bring up quite relevant question especially on 4bet range.

In 100bb or so my range for 4bet has been mainly AAxx. It will often create flop SPR where range being face up is not that big of a deal I suppose.

But if we are lot deeper it seems like pretty bad range. So I think just calling some weaker or mediocre AAxx versus 3bets is good idea and/or adding some other combos to get more board coverage into 4bet range.

Now to me probably some premium rundowns would be most reasonable hands to add into 4bet range so that we can still continue versus 5bet. Though that 5bet is rare but if we don't have AAxx when 4betting it's obviously more likely for 3betting opponent have it.

If I counted somewhat correct 5bet sizing with pot size raises would be around 100bb so I suppose AAxx 300bb deep should be happy to get that 5bet possibility.

So what sort of tactic is common? Start calling lot of AAxx versus 3bets or start widening 4bet range in general?

If you can create SPR < 4 with whateverbet for your AAxx, do it. It's like playing a 3bet pot 100bb deep. If SPR would be over that, then skip bad and medium AAxx.

Deeper you are (higher the SPR on the flop is), the more you want to have river equity instead of flop equity. Double suited broadway rundowns become really good.

At small stakes it is VERY common that the bigger the pot is, the less there is bluffing from opponents. Position is important cos then versus more passive opponents you can control the pot.
