happened more than 24 hours after I failed when responding the quiz, by reason that the page did not load, after updating the page showed a message where I must wait for 24 hours to participate in the quiz, this time already happened and until now I cannot accede to participate again in the quiz, just I go two attempts. I wait for its quick attention.

I see, you already wrote a ticket to our support team. they will answer you as soon as possible.
For technical problems writing a ticket is always the best solution.
