Hero is CO

My idea was to protect my set, I don't want to see a K, As, J, 8 possibly 16 combos,
I don't want to see either a diamond but it doesn't scare me so much.
¿What you think ?
Vs this range i have +70% equity.

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion forum.
There fits it better and you get more response.
Pre-flop you could 3bet sometimes, but as played I would just shove the flop on his heathy Cbet for 75bb more.

They probably don't cbet that wide especially with it being 3 so id remove some combinations like AT JJ as they likely check. And they wont cbet the other combos 100% of the time so you need to remove say 50% - 75% from each of those. But the raise is still ok vs villains value range of say AA KKQQ AQ KQ-KJ on such a draw heavy board.
This is a spot where we have a great hand, but we know (for sure) that when he shoves we are behind.
Raising make all the sense with a set on a drawy board, but your sizing's completely off.
You have around 90bb OTF, the pot is 24bb, so why do you min-raise? Just shove or turn street will be extremely awkward and you give draws great odds too. Put pressure on them and on overpairs as well.
