Hi Guys!

I started playing 10NL two days ago, because finally my bankroll allowed it!

First day went great and i made arround 50$ profit.
Today i had the runbad of my life though. I actually ended up loosing 10 Buy ins!

What do you think, should i move down to 5NL again or keep playing 10NL.

Thank you for your answers! :)

Depends what your bankroll and especially your mindset is.
Are you feeling tilty? Can you handle the swings?

The higher you move up the higher the swings will be.
I lost 9 stacks today. Played again a bit later and won 3 back. Still 6 stacks down tho. But i don't give a shit. How bout you?

It's all about your BRM and mindset as Trommelboy said.
When taking a shot your should have a plan when do you go back down.

Drop back down immediately. Take a deep breath and review the hands you played. Did you lose to bad play, to better players, or because of bad luck?

You may be tempted to play one more session to see if you can win back your losses but this would be a mistake.

Protect your bankroll by moving down to 5NL immediately. The majority of players who shot take fail at the first attempt. The trick is not to get tempted and decide to see if you can win your losses back. This is how inexperienced poker players go busto.

Regroup, study the hands you played, and grind 5NL until you are rolled again for another 5 buy in shot at 10NL.

Rinse and repeat until you hit the ground running at 10NL.
