Hello,

It is time start a blog after finding poker again. I have played SNGs and micro NL cash years ago. With good bonuses, rakeback deals and 15+ tables, it was ok profitable back then. At least for a student. Quantity over quality. Not too much of learning back then. After graduating and getting a job about six years ago I quit playing mostly.

At the start of this year started again playing micro NL cash to check if it still is possible to win some coins. I guess the micro No limit games seem to be not so different from before. I play 2-4 tables at a time so I wont get too much of volume. But trying to keep myself in focus when playing, not just autopilot, and table select also. I have HEM 2 but I am noob with it.

I try to share some hand histories of bad plays or troublesome spots here... but I registered here 9 nine years ago so I might be a bit lazy poster. Describing myself, I am probably some kind of weaktight reg or nit at the moment. I hope to learn to be a better TAG.

I currently play only at a small site where it is not allways enough good games besides weekends. So I should deposit somewhere else too. But lets build bankroll first. Now I am with 200e bankroll going to play nl20. 1000e -> NL50 shots. So it is probably NL20 this spring unless I get some mighty heater. In case of downswing I can deposit some more.

January went good after long break. I run pretty good in all ins, about 14k hands NL20. 617 € profits. I Bought an electric table and new headphones to my home office and these were kind of poker expenses so I took some money from my pokerroll, now at 297,60 €. Goals for February: Bankroll to 1k€, 100 km running, pull-ups 20 reps.

Hand 1. Vs a passive 30/9/5 fish, river bet call is awful, before betting thought that it is sure a fold if check-raised because backdoor flush hit and no one bluffs but still called...

Hand 2. Vs reg .26/19/10 Just flatting UTG raise preflop. Sometimes 3 betting. Flop I bet in position, think he calls a lot there. But get min check- raised. Turn call hoping for cheap showdown but villain overbets river and I fold.

Good luck with your new blog and improving your game :gl:

First hand a fold on river would be better. Nice thin value bet, but didn't worked out this time.

2nd hand seems fishy after his min check/raise on flop. Calling his raise is decent, but I would most likely fold turn. Not sure what you beat what he would play like this.

Cheers,
