I had a special read on this guy, as he always bluffed when checked to. So I tried to trap him. Is this ok, when I have that special read?

When you have that special read why not check/raise him on all streets?

Actually i bet here on all streets and i just hope that this aggressive guy is trying to bluff/raise me out of the pot. Most of the time they will do that on the Flop you can then call the Flop raise and try to check raise him on the Turn.

Don't know if this is a question of the limit but on the upper limits even a lot of LAG's are capable of a check behind on the turn.

if i have a strong hand like that i will play straight forward vs an aggressive guy like this hoping to get action.
if he always bets when you check to him i would indeed check raise him on all streets =) . That would be special
