flush draw 3bet pot

What's the best line here with a flush draw 3 way ? Not sure raising the flop would be all that great as the preflop aggressor can still come over the top.Three way Btn's bet should signal at least a reasonable made hand like 77 99-JJ maybe an 8x with some sets and better flush draws. So the original raiser might have some fold equity here but it's unlikely i have that much fold equity myself given i'm also flatting the 3bet pre.So i thought calling the flop bet would be better it gives me a chance to see what the preflop aggressor is doing rather than isoing myself vs the top of both ranges. The turn checks around and i'm left with the decision of do i bluff without any showdown value.Do i have any fold equity given my draw is pretty face up as I'm not really going to be value betting 1 pair hands like 99 or 8x myself here. What hands am i targatting to fold here if i do choose to make the bluff ?

Thanks in advance for all the feedback.

BTN: $7.25 (145 bb)
SB: $5.02 (100.4 bb)
BB: $5.50 (110 bb)
UTG: $5.35 (107 bb)
MP: $0.69 (13.8 bb)
Hero (CO): $7.93 (158.6 bb)

SB posts $0.02, BB posts $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has T 9
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, BTN calls $0.15, fold, BB raises to $0.62, Hero calls $0.47, BTN calls $0.47

Flop: ($1.88, 3 players) 4 2 8
BB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $0.94, fold, Hero calls $0.94

Turn: ($3.76, 2 players) 2
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($3.76, 2 players) 6
Hero ?

you don't know what he's squeezing with or what his cbet range looks like.

i'd guess he very often has some overcards (like AK), sometimes they have a pair, but most villains will be very capped when they check a double flushdraw board.
i'm betting a very wide range (including this hand), easy value bet with "99 or 8x" as well. their range is mostly high cards, so are they calling hands like AK no clubs or not? only one way to find out.

Thanks for the feed back do you think the btn bets in to 2 players including the preflop raiser with high cards ?.I was thinking btn's range would consist of more hands like the 99's TT's and 8x here when betting. So my thinking for btn's range was more vulnerable but made type hands that now check the turn to bluff catch the river but.And dont want to bloat and commit to the pot with those hands on the turn.Im not really sure if i have any fold equity vs those type hands. What sizing would you use do you over bet the river all in to put maximum pressure on those hands. ?.

flop range should be quite strong, but the turn check should be evaluated as very capping. betsizing depends on what part of your range you want to rep and villain adjustments, as default i'd tend to bet half pot or smaller with a lot of hands including this one.
