I would most of the time shove pre-flop with big antes for 12bb effective.
As played flop is tricky, but if you want to play it differently you should call and her-evaluete the turn. That could end up ugly as well, but if you think he could stack off draws a shove isn't bad I think.

I like the min open here. We still have 6 trips around the table so don’t need to jam hands like this that play well post flop.

I like the jam over the little donk too. You’re gonna lose often but it is plus ev and the situation ain’t getting any better.

Flop call would be better with bit deeper stacks. SPR 2 shove is fine. Villain can have draws that likely call or he could for some reason donk bet weaker pair as well.

Pre minraise is good as long as our plan is to raise-call. Folding to shove would be bad idea in cEV game.
