I put money on skrill from few monthes, then back now i wanted to put money, but the account was retrained, i was asked to give some official documents so they verify my identity.
I did so, i sent passport, all the location papers but they rejected it, and they are keeping 20$ with them.
If they do this with thousands of accounts that can bring some money to the company.
And i didnt understand how the geolocalization didnt correspond to my adress, do they know my adress first????
I got like instant answer about the geolocalization...
Another company that makes our lives hard and try to abuses us...

Asking for documents is standard. Make sure you follow the rules and instructions carefully. Especially about the quality and cropping of the pictures etc.
When you make an account, you enter your location. If your IP doesn't match it, they will know it and you have to explain it.
