Turn: ($2.10) 2:h (2 players)
SB bets $1.40, Hero calls $1.40.

Pre-flop: I'd just try limping here preflop. Suited connectors don't play well in raised pots imo, you have position here post-flop because of your pre-flop raise thou, so I guess it's ok.

Flop: I'd prefer to check behind here.
Turn: Assuming he'll make a standard $0.6 (2/3 pot) bet there I would raise to ~$1.5 to see if he actually has a hand. If he shoves over the top there or flats and then bets the river out you have an easy fold.
River: ok

Preflop: Yes, that's kinda loose raise because of your postflop skill is pretty weak but although if you have a good postflop then the hand is playable. But I would still advice to not to play such hand at early levels.
