I don’t think you should be leading here, check/calling seems best, if it checks through you can bet turn but I don’t see leading out here as good you don’t have the range advantage or the strong combos like CO does . You could have 3-bet pre-flop as bluff with this nice suited connector. You could have some hands like KTs K8s, T8s that CO might not have in his range but I think check-raising those would be better since on this flop your hand wouldn’t mind some Protection with those hands. If you were trying to represent the 2pair hands I would check-raise other than that just check call here have a middle pair when you lead out and get called villains folding part of his junk range and calling with his Kx hands, and draws that have good equity against your hand, when you get called on the flop it makes this a marginal spot whereas if you just check called CO still has all of his bluffs and weaker hands meaning your doing much better
