I use Gyazo to capture hands while playing, after season i can checked all hands that was intresting to me when i was playing.
If you can use tracker then mark hands during play that you are interested in. That way after session you can see all marked hands by marking one checkbox.
In site without tracking or if not having tracker then taking image from replayer with gyazo is good option as Aerox mentioned above.
