raise less pre. flop call is ok but you have to let go on the turn. If he is spewy at least at the river. He bets into two players on the flop.

Sizing pre-flop isn't to bad in a random $3,50 SNG.
Especially early phase and from early position.
His flop lead is a little but funky, but I expect he will lead only top pair or better in to 2 players. Calling 1 street isn'tto bad in position, but aafter his turn bet I would fold as well. Idem for river as played. He has to often at least a better 2 pair here.
